The space

The villa is all on one level (with 4/5 steps before the entrance) and offers a pleasant and very peaceful setting.
It includes three bedrooms:
- two bedrooms with 180 cm double beds
- one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed
There are also two shower rooms: one adjoining a bedroom and another independent, as well as a separate toilet.
The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and Senseo coffee machine with pods provided). Basic essentials are available.
The living room is equipped with a TV and opens onto a bright veranda.

Outside, a large terrace offers an outdoor dining area with a plancha grill.
The highlight of the villa is its natural and ecological swimming pond, which operates without chemicals. The water is filtered by plants, offering a softer, more natural and environmentally friendly swimming experience.
A baby cot and high chair are also available, as well as a washing machine.

Guest access

The property is entirely reserved for guests.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Two cars can be easily parked in front of the house.
The location is ideal for exploring the region: 10 minutes from Le Pontet and its shopping area, 15 minutes from Avignon city centre, 20 minutes from L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and around 40 minutes from Gordes. A central base to visit the most beautiful villages and sites of the Vaucluse and Provence.
